This includes its Tagpura-Kalamatan Copper Gold Porphyry Project which has a reported Philippine Historic Resource of 75.6m tonnes of Copper at 0.44%, Gold at 0.5 g/t and Silver at 4.0 g/t; and the newly discovered Cadan Copper Gold Porphyry Target which has a potential tonnage range of between 450MT and 900MT.

This National Instrument 43-101 Compliant Inferred Resource stems from the JORC Inferred Resource that was established in 1997 by Australian junior exploration company, Eastern Gold Corporation.

In Columbia, the company is undertaking a strategic review of its gold and copper gold projects and based on this will determine the appropriate strategy to optimize shareholder value.

The Philippines and Columbia are located on the world renowned "rim of fire" geological feature covering east Asia and Pacific and west Americas where many of the world's largest and profitable projects are located.
